Before you start
- Verizon.net email is now run by AOL, so incoming mail uses the AOL IMAP server.
- AOL requires either a mail app with OAuth2 sign-in or an app password made in your AOL account.
- Use your full address, including @verizon.net, as the username.
Use Verizon.net (AOL Mail) in a native Mac app
Bloop.email works with any IMAP account. Enter these settings once, and Verizon.net (AOL Mail) sits next to your other inboxes, with trackers blocked and nothing between your Mac and your provider.
