From Xfinity Support: Email client programs with Xfinity email. Check there if something has changed.
Before you start
- Allow access for third-party programs in the Xfinity Email website first, or the mail app may show an error.
- SMTP also works on port 465 with SSL/TLS if port 587 does not work.
Use Comcast / Xfinity in a native Mac app
Bloop.email works with any IMAP account. Enter these settings once, and Comcast / Xfinity sits next to your other inboxes, with trackers blocked and nothing between your Mac and your provider.
