Terms of Service
Last updated October 28, 2026
These terms apply to the Bloop.email app for Mac and this website. By downloading or using Bloop.email, you agree to them.
Your license
When you buy Bloop.email you get a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on your own Macs, up to the number of activations included with your purchase. The license is a one-time purchase with no subscription. You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the app or your license key.
Your accounts and email
You're responsible for the mail accounts you add and for following your mail providers' terms. Bloop.email connects to those providers on your behalf, but we don't control them and aren't responsible for their availability, policies or how they handle your mail.
Acceptable use
Don't use Bloop.email to send spam, to break the law, or to access accounts you aren't authorized to use. Don't attempt to bypass licensing or reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it.
Updates
We may release updates that add, change or remove features. Updates are installed through the app, and your license covers the updates we publish for it.
Refunds
If Bloop.email doesn't work for you, email us within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you.
No warranty
Bloop.email is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will be free of errors or that it will never lose or misdisplay data. Keep your mail with a provider that backs it up.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Bloop.email, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Bloop.email after a change means you accept the updated terms.
