bloop.email

Enterprise

The mail app your security team won't worry about.

Bloop.email has no servers of its own. Your company's mail goes straight from your provider to each Mac, and nowhere else.

Buying for a team

Everything that's simple for one person, made simple for fifty.

Licenses for the whole team

Tell us how many Macs you need. We'll send every license key to one person to hand out, instead of a purchase per employee.

One invoice

A single purchase with an invoice made out to your company, ready for your finance team.

Help with your security review

Send us your vendor questionnaire and we'll fill it in. With no servers holding your mail, most of it is short.

A person to talk to

Setup questions and issues go straight to the people who build Bloop.email.

Security and privacy

The safest data to hold is none at all. That's how Bloop.email is built.

No servers between your team and your mail

Each Mac connects directly to your mail provider. We never store, read or relay your company's email, so there's no copy of it on our side to protect or to breach.

Your existing policies keep working

Mail stays in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or your own IMAP server, under the retention, eDiscovery and access rules you already have.

Credentials in the keychain

App passwords and Microsoft sign-in tokens are stored in each Mac's keychain. Removing an account deletes them.

No accounts, ads or analytics

Employees don't create a Bloop.email account, and the app has no analytics or tracking.

Every outbound connection, documented

Besides your mail servers, the app only checks its license and looks for updates, plus optional sender pictures. The privacy policy lists each one.

AI that stays on the device

Summaries and translation run on Apple's on-device models. Messages aren't sent to us or to any AI service.

Read the full privacy policy and where your mail goes.

For IT

What to know before rolling it out.

  • Microsoft 365: employees sign in on Microsoft's own page. If your tenant restricts third-party apps, an admin may need to approve the sign-in.
  • Google Workspace: Bloop.email uses app passwords, so 2-Step Verification must be on and your admin must allow app passwords.
  • Distribution: the app installs like any Mac app, from the download page or your own software catalog.
