All Inboxes
Every account's mail in one list. One Inbox, one Sent, one Snoozed, even one label across all of them.
Bring Gmail, Outlook, iCloud and any IMAP account into one native Mac app. AI drafts replies and summarizes long threads, Claude, Codex and Cursor can work with your mail through MCP, and your mail stays on your Mac.

Because there's nothing in between. Bloop.email runs on your Mac and talks straight to Gmail, Outlook, iCloud or IMAP. No Bloop server, no analytics, no tracking, not even a sign-up.
Learn moreAsk it anything about your mail, have it draft a reply in your voice, or sum up a long thread. On Apple Intelligence on your Mac, or your own OpenAI or Claude key.

Replies open with three suggested answers. Pick one, or say what you want, and a draft streams in that sounds like you. Then make it shorter, friendlier or more formal in a click.
Bloop.email has a built-in MCP server, so the AI apps you already use can search, read and organise your mail and write your replies, across every account, with you deciding what they can do.
How it works
In Bloop's MCP settings, click Add next to Claude, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or Antigravity. No config files, no terminal.
Ask them to find an email, sum up what you missed, then label, move, archive or snooze it, or draft a reply that opens in Bloop for you to check.
Pick which accounts they can see and what they can do. They never see Spam, Trash or sign-in codes, never delete for good, and only send if you turn it on.
Your mail goes from Bloop to the AI app you connected, on your Mac. It never passes through our servers.
Every account in one place, important mail first, follow-ups that never slip, and all the small things a Mac mail app should get right.
All featuresEvery account, AI on your own Mac and nothing in between, for one small payment. Scored on eleven features that matter day to day.
Full comparisonBased on each company's public information as of October 2026. Check their sites for the latest.
Add as many accounts as you like. Outlook signs in with Microsoft, the others with an app password, and any other IMAP account is set up from its address.
Setup guidesWe ship like maniacs, and we obsess over the smallest details. Most of them you'll never notice. You'll just feel them.
View all🖼️ Paste or drop a picture into an email or a reply and it goes right where your cursor is, in the message itself, instead of as an attachment. ✖️ Close Ask AI in the Wide List layout with the × at its top so your mail fills the window, and bring it back any time with the AI button beside Compose. 📏 Big pictures and full-screen screenshots are made smaller before they're sent, so your emails stay quick to send and open
✍️ Keep more than one signature for each account, like Formal and Casual, and switch between them from the signature menu at the bottom of a new email. ⭐ Choose which signature each account starts with in Settings → Signatures, where you can also name, add and delete them. 🔍 Quick filters above your mail: one click shows only unread emails, emails with attachments, or starred emails, and another click shows everything again. 📎 Forgot the file? If your email says "attached" or "enclosed" but nothing is attached, Bloop asks before sending, so you can add it or send anyway. 🎨 A styled signature, with its logo and colors, is sent as it looks even when it isn't the account's default. ⚙️ Turn the forgotten-attachment reminder off in Settings → Composing
Minimal's Home has a round tab for each group at the top, so any group is one click away instead of a long scroll. The greeting now counts only today's mail and names what needs you, with the rest as "more that can wait". A Don't forget line under it: today's meetings still to come, emails you sent that are waiting for a reply, and bills you haven't opened. Every email on Home is sorted now, not just the newest, and order and shipping emails no longer land in People. Each email classifier group gets its own label, made up front and put on the mail it sorts, so you can find a group from the sidebar in any layout. Resize a picture in your signature: click it and drag the size slider. Bring in the signature you already have, from Gmail or the end of your sent emails, with the new import button; accounts without one get it brought in by themselves. Replying to an email you sent yourself now goes to the people you sent it to, not back to you. New Backup & Restore in Settings: keep your settings, accounts, signatures, labels, Ask AI chats and account pictures in one file, with passwords and API keys locked by a password if you choose. The sidebar shows how many drafts, starred and snoozed emails you have, and unread junk. Give each account its own picture: right-click it in the sidebar, or in Settings, Accounts. Edit an account's username, password and servers without removing it, checked before it's saved; Outlook accounts can sign in again
Type / in Ask AI to see quick commands, grouped and ready to pick with a click or Tab. /catchup tells you what came in today that matters, and /replies what's waiting on your reply. /waiting finds emails you sent that haven't had an answer yet. /summarize sums up the open email, or today's Inbox when none is open. /reply drafts an answer to the open email, with anything you add, like "/reply say yes, Thursday works". /cleanup finds old promotions and newsletters and offers to archive them in one go. /unsubscribe opens Clean Up Subscriptions. /bug, /feature and /help send your message to the Bloop team straight from your own email, after you confirm, and tell you it's been recorded
