Help

Set up your inboxes, sort out your license, and fix the usual snags.

Add your accounts

Outlook uses Microsoft's own sign-in. Most other providers ask for an app password. Pick yours for step-by-step instructions.

Your license

I can't find my license key.
It was emailed to you right after you paid. Search your inbox and spam for “Bloop.email” or “license key”. Still missing? Email hello@bloop.email from the address you bought with, and we'll resend it.
How do I activate my license?
Click the activate link in your purchase email, or open Bloop.email and paste the key on the License screen. You can also paste it on the activate page.
I got a new Mac.
Install Bloop.email on it and activate the same key. If you've reached your activation limit, email us and we'll free one up.
Is it a subscription?
No. It's a one-time $4.99 purchase that includes every update we publish for it.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If Bloop.email doesn't work for you, email us within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you. See the terms.

Troubleshooting

My password is rejected.
Most providers no longer accept your main password in mail apps. Create an app password using the setup guide for your provider, and paste it without spaces.
Images in a message aren't showing.
That's on purpose. Remote images are blocked so senders can't tell when you open their mail. Choose to load them for that message when you trust the sender.
Summaries aren't available.
Summaries use Apple Intelligence, which needs a Mac with Apple silicon and Apple Intelligence turned on in System Settings.
macOS says the app can't be opened.
Make sure you dragged Bloop.email into your Applications folder and opened it from there, not from your Downloads folder.

Still stuck?

Email hello@bloop.email and a person will get back to you.
