An IMAP email client for Mac
Not every inbox is Gmail. Domain hosts, ISPs and company servers all speak IMAP, and Bloop.email works with any of them.
How Bloop.email works with IMAP
Enter your provider's IMAP and SMTP server details once, and that account gets the same native app as everything else: offline reading, blocked trackers, and a ⌘ shortcut of its own.

What you get
Native and fast
Built for the Mac, not wrapped from the web. Runs on macOS Sequoia 15 or later.
Nothing in between
Your Mac connects straight to your provider. We never receive a copy of your mail.
Trackers blocked
Remote images stay hidden until you load them, so senders can't tell when you open mail.
Every inbox, ⌘1 to ⌘9
Keep this account next to the rest, each one a keystroke away.
On-device summaries
Summarize long threads and translate messages on your Mac, with Apple's models.

IMAP on Mac: questions
- Which ports does Bloop.email use for IMAP and SMTP?
- Whatever your provider specifies. Most use port 993 for IMAP, and 465 or 587 for SMTP.
- Does it support POP accounts?
- Bloop.email connects over IMAP. If your provider offers both, choose IMAP: it keeps your mail in sync across devices.
